Exodus 90: A Journey to Uncommon Freedom

Are you ready to break free from what holds you back and embrace the life God intended for you? At Exodus 90, our mission is to support men like you in becoming uncommonly free.

Identifying What Holds You Back

Every man begins his Exodus journey with attachments, habits, and influences that hinder true freedom. These “pharaohs” and “idols” can take many forms—whether they are thought patterns, addictions, wounds, or challenges from the past. These barriers prevent us from living as the men God created us to be.

To begin overcoming these obstacles, you must name them. Then, state a clear intention for your Exodus journey—a personal why that will serve as your motivation, especially when the journey becomes difficult.

Discovering Your Why

Your why is more than just a goal; it’s the heart of your Exodus journey. A strong why reflects where you feel unfree and who stands to benefit from your transformation. It might be your spouse, children, parish community, or even your own relationship with God.

There’s nothing more powerful than making this Exodus for someone you love. Love fuels commitment, and it keeps us focused when sacrifices grow challenging. As you prepare, take time to pray about your why. Write it down in the My Why section of the Exodus 90 app and revisit it often.

What Does True Freedom Look Like?

A Christian vision of freedom is radically different from the world’s view. It’s not about doing whatever you want, whenever you want. True freedom is about worship, sacrifice, and love.

A free man is a man for others—someone who, like Christ, lays down his life for those he loves. This freedom transforms us into better husbands, fathers, brothers, and leaders. It makes us more like Christ, who gave everything on the Cross out of love for us.

The Transformative Power of Exodus 90

Your Exodus journey has the potential to transform your life in impactful ways. Through 90 days of prayer, ascetic practices, and fraternity, you’ll grow closer to God, discover deeper relationships, and become the man you were created to be.

Remember, you’re not on this journey alone. Thousands of men around the world are praying and sacrificing alongside you. Our Exodus 90 team is committed to supporting you with daily prayers, reflections, and encouragement.

Take the First Step

As you embark on this journey, know that God has called you forth to experience His love and to share that love with others. Pray about your why today, and let it guide you as you take on this challenge.

Since we started in 2015, more than 99% of men report experiencing greater freedom with Exodus 90. If you do not experience greater freedom, we will return your money upon request.

If you cannot afford the cost of a subscription at $90 per year, please contact a friendly member of our support team at support@exodus90.com. We don’t want financial need to keep a man from becoming an Exodus man. That’s our Apostolate Promise.

This year alone, more than 1,000 men received Exodus 90 subscriptions for free— because other men had their back! If you’ve found greater freedom, consider paying it forward by supporting our Apostolate Promise.

Because Exodus is not a 501(c)(3), your contribution is not tax-deductible, although your support could be the reason another man finally breaks free. Thanks for your support!
