Freedom Summit: Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions Agreement.

This registration agreement includes and incorporates by reference the Exodus Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Purchase/Payment Policy

Credit card is the accepted form of payment (American Express, Master Card or Visa). All registration fees for Exodus Freedom Summit 2023 are in US dollars. Payment plans will be handled via Stripe payments.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions, including those made onsite, are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant. Request for substitutions must be made via email or mail. Substitutions are not confirmed until you receive written approval from Freedom Summit Registration Support.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@exodus90.com.

The refund policy is as follows:
Before August 1, 2023: 50% refund of fees paid to-date, less any non-refundable deposit.
August 1, 2023 or later: No refund.
No shows are ineligible for registration fee refunds.

Registration Discounts

Only ONE discount may be applied to an individual registration. Under no circumstances can any registration discounts be combined.

Age Limitation

Freedom Summit attendees must be 18 years of age.

Photography, Audio, and Video Recording

Summit is held in a public space, therefore we do not prohibit participants, exhibitors, sponsors, news organizations and other companies from photographing or video or audio taping some conference activities. Exodus reserves the right to use images taken at the conference with your photograph and/or likeness in future marketing materials.

Code of Conduct

The Exodus Freedom Summit is dedicated to providing an enjoyable event for men affiliated with Exodus. Our Code of Conduct is as follows:

All Freedom Summit participants, including attendees, speakers, sponsors, vendors, and staff (“participants”) must comply with this code of conduct. By attending Freedom Summit, you are agreeing to abide by this code of conduct. Anyone found to be violating this code of conduct may be expelled at the discretion of the organizers. Exodus has a zero-tolerance policy and will not tolerate any harassing or abusive behavior towards any participant or event staff. Examples of unacceptable behavior or content include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or harassment
  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or violent material
  • Disruptive or destructive behavior
  • Hateful or highly offensive content
  • Spam
  • Refusal to comply with rules governing access to the venue

Onsite, please report any abusive content or behavior to event support. If you are on site, event staff can help you contact security or local law enforcement. Contact a member of event staff by finding a staff member via their badge or visiting the HQ area.

If in doubt, please keep it positive and professional and be mindful of the information that you choose to share with other participants.
