Finance Executive Joins Leadership of Exodus 90

Former VP at Kepler Group tapped to lead finance of fast growing men’s movement

Fort Wayne, IN, November 29, 2022— The worldwide spiritual men’s movement, Exodus 90, has welcomed a new addition to their leadership team. Former Kepler Group Vice President, Kevin Kelly, started his new role as Head of Finance on November 28. Kelly will help to provide leadership to the financial operations of Exodus 90, ensuring good stewardship of its resources and opportunity for growth and impact.

Kelly’s first experience with the popular men’s formation program was in 2022 and is now preparing for his second 90-day exercise starting January 9.

“Put simply: men are either sharpened or dulled by the men around them,” states Kelly. Borrowing from C.S. Lewis’ Mere Christianity, he adds that “Exodus 90 provides men with a path from the biological life to the spiritual life; to transform from statues of ‘carved stone’ into ‘real men’.”

Prior to joining the team at Exodus 90, Kelly served as Vice President of Finance and a member of Kepler’s U.S. executive leadership team  – capping 8 years in various roles. During his tenure at Kepler, Kelly oversaw 5 straight years of double-digit revenue growth, refined the annual budgeting process, and managed the financial integration of two international acquisitions.

“We are deeply honored and frankly thrilled to have someone like Kevin join our leadership team to help us manage the fast growth we’ve been experiencing,” adds James Baxter, co-founder and CEO of Exodus.

Exodus 90 has grown rapidly in just the past seven years – with more than 60,000 men worldwide taking on the ninety-day spiritual program. It has now been translated in five different languages, with more in the works for 2023.

Kelly joins Exodus with a firm background in mission work — serving through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Oakland, Calif. prior to his career at Kepler Group. Before JVC, Kelly began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City. He graduated from Villanova University in 2011.

Kelly lives outside of Philadelphia with his wife, Kayla, and their young daughter.

Men everywhere are encouraged to find or start a local Exodus 90 fraternity in preparation for Easter by January 9, 2023.
