Popular Podcast Co-Host tapped to lead marketing of fast-growing men’s app

Fort Wayne, IN, November 14, 2023— The worldwide men’s formation app, Exodus, is set to welcome a new addition to its leadership team in December. Adam Minihan — the host of the popular podcast The Catholic Man Show — of Tulsa, will start his new role as Head of Marketing on December 4.

Minihan has been helping form men’s groups locally in Tulsa for more than 10 years and with Exodus since 2018. After seeing the impact it had not only on him but also on his fraternity, he has since gone on to form dozens of fraternities nationwide.

“I have a debt that I can’t pay,” states Minihan. “How do I repay something of infinite value — namely, a deep relationship with our Lord? The reality is I can’t. However, now that I have experienced the joys of it, I can not help but desire to share it with everyone else.

“The world needs holy, virtuous men, and Exodus provides a solid foundation to provide it. I am excited and grateful to now be a part of this mission.”

Before joining the team at Exodus, Minihan served as Director of Communications at the Diocese of Tulsa. In that role, Minihan built a communications team, served as editor of the diocesan magazine, and produced award-winning podcasts and videos.

“I am so thrilled to have Adam joining our team at Exodus. What’s always struck me about Adam is how centered he is on the Lord in his speech and how he lives his life,” adds Jamie Baxter, founder and CEO of Exodus. “It was humbling to learn that Exodus played a part in bearing this fruit in his life. Through Adam’s passion, experience, and competence, I know that many more men will come to encounter the uncommon freedom of Jesus Christ. And for that, may God be praised!”

Exodus has grown rapidly in just the past eight years – with more than 100,000 men worldwide taking on a spiritual exercise via their app. Their most popular exercise, Exodus 90, has now been translated into seven different languages, with more in the works for 2024.

Minihan started in the advertising business before joining a manufacturing rep-based company where he led his team in producing over $90 million in revenue. After over eight years at the company, he felt a call to work for the Church. He and his best friend, David Niles, started and currently run the local Catholic radio station in Tulsa.

He lives in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with his wife of 11 years and their four sons and one daughter. They are active at their parish, the Church of Saint Benedict, and love the growing Catholic community in their diocese.

Men everywhere are encouraged to find or start a local Exodus fraternity in preparation for Advent, starting on December 3, and Exodus 90, starting on January 1, 2024.

Exodus helps men find uncommon freedom through Jesus Christ. Since 2015, Exodus has evolved from a powerful 90-day spiritual exercise into a year-long series of daily formation exercises for men. More than 100,000 men in over 80 countries have taken up a spiritual exercise from Exodus – including bishops, priests, and laymen from various Christian and even non-Christian backgrounds.
